About the company - Auto 100 AS
Auto 100 AS was established in Estonia when company started its business on 14th of September 2005 as an importer in Estonia of vehicles made by Czech car manufacturer ŠKODA AUTO.
The primary aim – to develop a ŠKODA dealership network in the biggest urban areas in Estonia – was achieved by the end of 2006. During the same year, 1.169 new ŠKODA passenger cars were added to Estonia’s roads. This was the best ŠKODA sales result in Estonia until that time.
On 12th of April, 2007 a new dealership with a net area of 3,500 m2 was opened in Tallinn. It was the first ŠKODA showroom in the Baltic States which fully met the factory’s corporate identity requirements and concept.
On 30 October 2006, in addition to the right to represent ŠKODA AUTO, Auto 100 AS concluded an agency agreement with the famous Italian sports car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini S.p.a., thereby acquiring the right to sell and service Lamborghini passenger cars in – besides Estonia – Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. In June 2007, the company concluded a cooperation agreement with the luxury car manufacturer Bentley Motors Ltd., becoming the first official authorized repairer for Bentley vehicles in Estonia.
On 29 June, 2007 an agency agreement with another sports car manufacturer, the legendary British car manufacturer Lotus Cars Ltd., was signed in the Baltic States and Finland. In addition to the right to sell, this agreement also authorized Auto 100 AS to carry out maintenance and servicing on Lotus vehicles.
In 2009 Auto 100 was divided into two companies. The new company AS Auto 100 Tallinn was founded, the task of which since 1 March 2009 has been retail sales and servicing of ŠKODA vehicles in Harju County and Tallinn, taking this business over from Auto 100 AS. Auto 100 AS continues its business as an importer of the forementioned brands.
Since 2012, Auto 100 AS has also had an exclusive right to import and sell Porsche. In April 2014, a Porsche Centre that meets all the factory’s standards was opened at Mustamäe tee 12b.
Until today Auto 100 AS has proved its strength in Estonian market bringing ŠKODA brand in one of the indisputable market leaders position by focusing on highest customer service in whole Estonian ŠKODA network and offering to customers tailored products which meets local customer needs from ŠKODA AUTO continuously developing model line-up. Estonia has 9 official dealerships and 3 service partners in total.
Starting from 1st of October 2017, Auto 100 AS is responsbile for taking care of ŠKODA distribution in Latvian market. For this reason, Auto 100 AS registered an affiliate of its Estonian company in Latvia - Auto 100 Latvijas filiāle in 2016 which is the base for importer functions in Latvian market.
Since then, Auto 100 Latvijas filiāle has helped to open 5 new dealerships in Latvia, has gained service partners around the country and over the last few years, has had second market position in the country. Latvia has 5 official dealerships and 3 service partners in total.
From January 2023 Auto 100 AS will take over ŠKODA importer functions in Lithuania, making it responsible for ŠKODA brand development and interests in all of the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania).
